Mechanical Engineering Alumnus Accels in Competition

Lori Neidig Bootz, a UE alumnus who graduated with a mechanical engineering degree this past May, took second place in the American Society of Mechanical Engineering Williston competition, a national writing contest. Lori won $500 and a certificate. The title of her paper was "The Energy Issue: Oil Depletion and New Sources of Energy."
