Senior Engineering Student Selected as a Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar
Chris Bouchard, UE senior and golfer, who has been selected as a Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar. Eligibility is limited to juniors and seniors with a minimum 3.2 grade point average and a stroke average under 76.0. Bouchard has a 3.32 GPA and is majoring in civil engineering. On the golf course, Bouchard averaged 75.04 in 25 rounds during his junior year, with 22 of his 25 rounds in the 70s or below. Bouchard was the only repeat selection on the 2005-06 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Golf Scholar-Athlete Team. He ranked among the MVC's top 20 in scoring average for the second consecutive year. He became UE's first U.S. Amateur qualifier in July, 2005, and was first team all-MVC and first team on the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team in 2005. |
