Dr. Ramers is Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Evansville.

  • 18 years as project, maintenance, quality, and plant engineer, technical specialist, and engineering manager in chemical, mining, food processing, and family product plants and in aerospace operations.
  • Consulting work in fuel cell stack design and manufacturing system modeling, in plastics operation feasibility study, and in metalworking company layout and operation analysis.
  • Applied research and development work for NOAA in ecological modeling with remotely sensed data and for NASA in advanced computing for intelligent integrated vehicle health monitoring and management.
