Accreditation

The University of Evansville’s Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering degrees are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). The Mechanical Engineering program has been accredited since 1970 and the Civil Engineering program since 1997. In 2003, both programs were re-accredited, click here to read the article:

The purpose of the Councils is to keep the Department's degree programs and objectives aligned with industry expectations.
